Tell us about your company, your planned use, and the environment where you expect to run Seed AI. Nothing is charged when you submit your application. If your application is approved, your account representative will contact you to plan the deployment, hardware, models, and installation.

Private AI Infrastructure
Run Seed AI on Infrastructure You Control.
AI server and GPU hardware are not included in Seed AI implementation or licensing. Seed AI can be installed on compatible customer-owned infrastructure, or Seed Technologies can help design and quote an appropriate private AI server environment.
Hardware sizing is based on more than the number of employees using Seed AI. The selected AI models, model size, context length, expected concurrent usage, performance requirements, and number of models running simultaneously can all affect GPU, memory, storage, and server requirements.

Private AI is not static software. AI models, security requirements, integrations, infrastructure, and responsible AI practices continue to change. Your annual Seed AI license keeps your platform supported and gives your organization access to ongoing Seed AI improvements.

Apply Online
Tell us about your company, create your administrator sign-in, and describe how you plan to use Seed AI: your server, your GPU, the models you have in mind, what it needs to do and what it should connect to. "Not yet" and "we need advice" are fine answers.

Read and Accept The Agreements
Our agreements, including the Acceptable Use Policy, are shown in full during sign-up. Each one has to be accepted before you can apply, so everyone starts with the same rules.

We Review Your Application
A person at Seed Technologies reviews every application. A card has a hold placed for the setup fee, not a charge. A bank account is saved and nothing is taken. If we can't proceed, the hold is released and nothing is charged.

Approval and Planning
When you're approved, the setup fee is charged and your account representative books a Teams meeting with you. Together you choose the right hardware and AI models for the work you described.

Installation and Testing
Your account representative installs Seed AI on your server, configures it, and tests it with your team. The setup fee pays for this deployment work.

Your Subscription Is Activated
Once Seed AI is running on your server, we activate your subscription. Your first payment is taken then, your enrollment key is emailed to you, and your subscription renews one full period later.

Your subscription doesn't start on the day you sign up. It starts when Seed AI is installed, tested and running on your server.

Reviewing each company before we deploy is part of using AI responsibly. It lets us make sure Seed AI is going to an organization and a use we're comfortable standing behind.

Pay by card or bank account. Payment details go directly to Authorize.Net, our payment processor, and are never held by Seed Technologies.

AI is powerful, and it can be wrong. These are the commitments behind every Seed AI deployment. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which you read and accept when you apply.
Your Data Stays On Your Network Seed AI and its models run on your own server. Your prompts, documents and answers never reach us, and we can't see them.
People Stay In Charge AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. It must never be the only basis for a decision about someone's job, credit, housing, education, insurance or benefits without meaningful human review.
Oversight Is Built In Administrators can review every prompt and answer in the Prompt Audit, so your organization can see how AI is actually being used.
Lawful, Legitimate Work Only Seed AI may not be used for surveillance without consent, deception or impersonation, harassment, malware, weapons, or any unlawful purpose.
Privacy Is Respected No collecting or inferring personal information without a lawful basis, and no facial recognition or biometric identification without informed consent.
Not For Safety-Critical Systems Seed AI is not for medical devices, emergency dispatch, aviation, weapons, or industrial control systems, where a wrong answer could cause serious harm.
Honest About What We Can See We don't monitor your systems. We act on licensing activity and on what is reported to us, and where practical we talk to you first.
